River Cobalt offers a curated assortment of premium home and interior goods, including furniture, bedding, bath accessories, outdoor living pieces, and decorative accents. All products are described as accurately as possible, including materials, dimensions, and care instructions. We make every effort to display product colors faithfully, but we cannot guarantee that your screen's color rendering will exactly match the physical product.

Product availability is subject to change without notice. If an item you have ordered becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you by email as promptly as possible and offer you the choice of waiting for the item to be restocked, substituting a comparable product, or receiving a full refund. We reserve the right to limit quantities purchased per customer for any product.

Certain products, such as furniture and large accent pieces, may be made in limited runs or as part of seasonal collections. River Cobalt does not guarantee the ongoing availability of any specific product. By placing an order on river-cobalt.com, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products at the prices and under the conditions displayed at checkout. Your order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock discrepancies.

All payments are processed through our third-party checkout and payment provider. We accept major credit and debit cards as indicated at checkout. Your payment information is transmitted directly and securely to the payment provider and is not stored on River Cobalt's own servers. By providing your payment details, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted.

Once an order confirmation has been issued, changes to the order may not be possible if fulfillment has already begun. If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us immediately at hello@river-cobalt.com. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered the fulfillment process.

All prices on river-cobalt.com are listed in US dollars (USD) and are inclusive of any applicable product-level costs. Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. The price charged for your order will be the price displayed at the time you complete checkout, regardless of any subsequent price changes.

Applicable sales tax will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address and current tax regulations. River Cobalt is required to collect sales tax in states where we have a tax nexus as defined by applicable law. It is your responsibility to ensure that the purchase of our products complies with any local tax obligations in your jurisdiction beyond what we collect at checkout.

Promotional prices, discount codes, and sale pricing are valid only for the period specified and cannot be applied retroactively to completed orders. Only one discount code may be applied per order unless otherwise stated. River Cobalt reserves the right to correct pricing errors and, in such cases, will notify you and provide the option to proceed at the corrected price or cancel your order for a full refund.

River Cobalt ships to addresses within the contiguous United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations. All orders are processed and shipped from our fulfillment center, and estimated delivery times are 4 to 7 business days from the date your order is confirmed and dispatched.

Shipping costs, if any, are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control.

River Cobalt is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier after the package has been handed off for delivery. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please first check your tracking information and then contact us at hello@river-cobalt.com so we can assist you in locating your shipment. We do not ship to P.O. boxes for oversized furniture items; a physical street address is required for those orders.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your River Cobalt purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the conditions described in our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference.
